The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Skyway Aviation Handling Company PLC (SAHCO), Mrs. Adenike Aboderin, has visited the company’s Warri Station at Osubi Airport as part of efforts to strengthen operations, engage employees and enhance service delivery.
Aboderin was received by the Station Manager, Jafar Salau, and members of his team, who led the SAHCO chief executive and her entourage on an inspection tour of the station’s facilities.
The visit provided an opportunity for the MD/CEO to assess the station’s operations firsthand and engage directly with employees on issues affecting operational efficiency and service delivery.
As part of the engagement, Aboderin held a Town Hall Meeting with employees, where discussions focused on improving services provided to airline partners, enhancing operational efficiency and creating a better working environment for staff.
The meeting also allowed employees to openly share their experiences, challenges and recommendations on ways to improve the station’s overall performance.
The SAHCO chief executive was accompanied by Oladimeji Paul Famodimu, Assistant General Manager, Human Resources, and Olaonipekun Falase, Special Assistant to the MD/Head, Planning.
Speaking on the visit, SAHCO management reiterated its commitment to continuous improvement, operational excellence and employee engagement across its stations.
“At SAHCO, we remain committed to continuous improvement, operational excellence and creating an enabling work environment where our people can deliver exceptional service,” the company said.
The company added that the engagement formed part of its broader effort to maintain close communication with its workforce, strengthen operational standards and consistently deliver quality ground-handling services to airline partners.
