The President, Road Safety Officers Wives Association (ROSOWA), Hajiya Nafisah Shehu Mohammed has condemned scooping of fuel from fallen tankers after road traffic crashes.
Speaking at the first general meeting on Saturday, the ROSOWA President promised to collaborate with the National Orientation Agency (NOA) and other relevant Agency to promote road safety awareness and discourage unsafe practices including scooping of fuel at accident scenes.
While emphasizing the need for educating the public against this unsafe practices, Dr. Mohammed also advised the women to support their families and communities.
